sooooo good news.
after 3 weeks of the South Beach Diet (the first two being absolute hell) I'm down from 143 to....
drumm roll.....

134.5! wooooooo!

measurements are good. 34 - 25.5 - 39
yay for success!

sorry I haven't updated in a while. I've had kind of a diet disaster and have been kinda scaed to pot back here again.

so uh...about 145 now...gained a couple of pounds.
ready to diet afte seeing all those spring break pics of me in a bikini...eeew.
so yeah...I'm thinking about trying a modified south beach diet, its really hard for me to stick to a diet unless I have rules, like a set diet.

hmmm...so I'm starting.

so I was really bad this weekend...but I got a lot of excercise so its ok
so yeah...

I haven't gained anything, but I haven't lost anything either. I just want to lose a little before sadie hawkins...cause I wanna look hawt.
hehe.

okie day...so for breakfast I had my usual special K, although I had probably a double portion cause I love it (and breakfast in general)

breakfast: special K - approximately 350 calories
snack: two donut holes - 90 calories
Lunch: lean cuisine - 280 calories, a bite of a cookie - probably 20?
snack: baby carrots - approximately 38 calories, clementine- 30 calories
dinner:

TOTAL: 808

I'll update as the day goes on and fill in the other categories. I kinda was bad yesterday and had probably THE most caloric bagel ever, but I'm over it and there are no bagels to tempt me today!

becca, if we go out tonight it should be somewhere healthy...or at least where we can get something healthy. I'm so psyched about this diet thing...I can't wait to look hawt. hehe.

so. I just bought some appetite suppressants, hopefully those will keep me from eating too much at dinner, where I really outdo myself. I'm good all day and then I get to dinner and WHAM.
my whole plate is gone and in my tummy and I'm going back for more.

I just want to lose this weight...I felt so good last spring/summer when I weight like 10 lbs less.
and now some thinspiration haha

I think she is one of the hottest people ever and I would kill to have her body...maybe with a little more in the chest area...but mine is pretty small anyway :)

first entry. so I'll start with my beginning weight and my goals and such.

weight: 140.5 (according to my mom's scale)

goal: 130 or less
lose: at least 10.5 lbs

I'm going to do this...I'll feel so much better about myself. I know I'm not fat, but I'd love to be skinny, you know?

I know as of now, no one reads this...but hopefully there will be some eventually.
